Below is the recommended schematic for the LMR43620-Q1. 

However, the values ​​of L and Cout in EVM, Datasheet, and Webench are all different.

    Hi,

    In the case of any discrepancies, we tend to recommend that you go with the datasheet recommendations. 

    One thing to note, is that with the LC combination there is a bit of leeway in terms of component selection. The webench is showing an adjustable output version however, so if you do go with the fixed 5VOUT, I would recommend using either the EVM or the datasheet BOMs.
