TPS7A52-Q1: LTspice model error (Unencypted and Pspice Model error)

Tool/software:

I tried to do the simulation with TPS7A52-Q1 in LT spice with the unencrypted and Encrypted Model. Both show error. Kindly share the model without error. The simulation was done based on the circuit attached below.

Hi Hridya,

Unfortunately, due to license restrictions, we are unable to test models in LTSpice and do not directly support LTSpice as a simulation platform. We recommend simulating in TINA-TI or PSpice for TI as alternatives.

Kindly provide the TINA model since pspice also the simulation error is displayed!

Hi Hridya,

The issue appears to be a typo on line 34 of the model. That line should start with an asterisk to mark it as a comment, but that character was deleted. Editing that line to read:

* 3. Dropout measurement done with respect to VBIAS.

should fix the model error.
