Tool/software:
I suspect my customer is having ESD issues while programming board prototypes using our EVM as interface. In the last several months, 3 EVM boards were damaged. Before we kludge together yet another board for protecting against ESD, I wanted to ask if we have a more robust alternative. Do we have software that runs on an interface such as Aardvark? Would you suggest any other alternatives?
