Dear Team,

Please address my queries regarding the voltage level translator

1.For the 2 bit level translator I'm only using 1 bit. Do the IC had any specification like to terminate which pin.

I had attached my schematics, Please review and update

    Hi Abhishek,

    It is good practice for floating I/Os is to tie them to VCC/ GND so they are at a known state. However, in this case TXS0102 has internal pullups to VCC, therefore the floating state will be logic high. If this is OK for your system, it is acceptable to float unused I/Os when using the TXS0102.
