The TPS1HB35 is not recommended for capacitive load charging. When the device hits current limit it will disable the switch immediately.
Devices for capacitive charging applications it is recommended to use the TPS1HA08 or the TPS1HC08 as they clamp the current when limiting happens rather than immediately shutting off the switch.
For the capacitance listed the inrush will be really high.

The HB device family has the same functionality. When it hits current limit it will shut off the TPS1HB08 will not have the same capacitive load charging as TPS1HA08.
