UC3714: Complementary MOSFET driver for Single Eended Input with Tristate

Hi,

Can you please suggest if you have a Complementary MOSFET (n & p channel enhancement) Gate Driver IC that can:

(a) Accept a single ended input as shown

(b) Switch ON one of the two MOSFETs when Input signal is positive ("A" in pic above)  

(c) Switch ON the other MOSFET when Input signal is negative ("C" in pic above)  

(d) Switch both MOSFETs OFF when input signal is zero/ground ("B" in pic above)

    Hey Sujith,

    Thank you for reaching out with your questions about the UC3714.

    We have a few parts that are similar to what you are looking for but may not be exactly what you are requesting.

    1. TPS28225 - Tristate input half-bridge driver but does not accept negative inputs.

    2. LM5111-4 - Dual Channel low-side driver with one channel optimized for PMOS and one channel optimized for NMOS. This has two independent inputs.

    3. UCC27425 - Dual Channel low-side driver with an inverting channel that are both optimized for NMOS. This has two independent inputs.
