Hi

We are developing a 5S1P smart battery pack, In this we have connected to GUI using EV2400.Where we could not enable the Discharge FET, It is disabled, But no protection parameters has been triggered.

Attached the Screenshot for your reference.

    Hello Max,

    You are able to Manually toggle the FET when BQStudio to manually confirm that they are working properly within the "Command" tab, while making sure you doing have any current PF status. However if you are wanting to enable the FET properly than follow this follow chart below to make sure that you parameters are configured correctly.

    Hi

    Ya the threshold are set to 50mA,but while toggling through tab also it is not working (XDSG is enabled and it is not disabling),So the pin voltage is showing 0

    Hello Max,

    If you are not able to enable the the fets can you make sure that "Auto Refresh is ON - Click to turn OFF" to clear up some of the datastream along with clearing any permanent failure messages you have gotten since it would prevent you system from closing the fets. Lastly is this a EVM or a custom PCB, and if it is a PCB could you attach the schematics.
