Tool/software:
Surely there must be some clearer information than this on how to calculate the value of RLSET than the below?

Roy,
Here is the equation for selecting LSET:
RLSET [kΩ] = 2.04e-9 * L4 – 2.48e-6 * L3 +1.79e-3 * L2 + 3.99e-1 * L + 1.61e1
L - Output Inductor Value in nH
RLSET - Ideal Resistor value to connect from LSET terminal to GND (Closest standard resistor value may be used)
Here is the equation for selecting LSET:
RLSET [kΩ] = 2.04e-9 * L4 – 2.48e-6 * L3 +1.79e-3 * L2 + 3.99e-1 * L + 1.61e1

The CSD95490Q5MC datasheet is fairly light in general but not offering any info re the above is a bit of problem when trying to turn around a design quickly.
I have a 6 phase design under way, I don't know how to apply Roy's equation to that and I have a different value for L than the design guide for the controller I am using which is only other source for a value for RLSET.
Datasheet info is "LSET - pin 3 - A resistor from this pin to PGND pin sets the inductor value for the internal current sensing circuitry."
Do I go with 130k as per the design guide and work back from the current reading somewhere in the signal chain?
Thanks,
Han
