TPS22919: Need part similar to TPS22919 with lower Ron (On Resistance)

Tool/software:

I am looking for a part with lower switch resistance than the TPS22919 and a few other slight spec differences. Any suggestions would be appreciated I need the following:

Power Switch Specs:

Single VCC IN and VCC OUT

VCC IN operating voltage:  2.8V minimum to at least 3.3V

Icc OUT: 0.75A to 1A minimum

Ro (switch resistance): 100mohm max at VCC OUT = 3V

Enable Input: active high

VCC OUT internal discharge function when off: very roughly 200 ohm to 3.9k ohm

Output current limit and overtemperature shutdown

Package: surface mount, no BGA packages
