Hi, I am planing to use BQ76972 IC for 1 Amp balance current requirement. I am planing to use external transistor with active region (No Balance resistor) to siplify the cooling attangment. While balancing all the power will be dissipated in the High power external transistor which will be mounted on heatsink. Please let me know if any design implecations in my approach.
