Hi , we recently performed a Cell characterization in-house and tried to generate a chem ID using GPC Tool. Followed instructions per TI's document SLVA_725. This is a LiFePO4 100Ah cell. GPC tool generated a closest Chem ID 4171 with 6.27% error rate , in BQ34Z100-G1 chipset. Attached all necessary logs in this ticket. Please guide us through next steps, what we are doing wrong?

  • Hello Shilpa,

    I've attached a GPCCHEM video to better assist you but it seems like you didn't have the C/100 taper current charge in your GPCCHEM submission and it could be what is missing to attain a more accurate ChemID along with calibration. Currently your cells don't fit within our chemID library and would need to be sent to TI for cell characterization.
