BQ76952: Unable to Communicate with BQ76952 via EV2400

I'm working with the BQ79652 battery monitor and facing an issue with communication via the EV2400. I have connected BAT+ and GND, and I am getting 1.8V at the REG 18 pin .

I am using I2C Communication through the Ev2400, with SDA and SCL lines are connected. However, the Ev2400 is unable to detect the device in BQstudio.

Hi Vaishali,

Sorry for the delay in responding, have you been able to resolve this, or is it still pending?

Are you using an EVM (which has the EV2400 incorporated onto the PCB), or your own PCB with an external EV2400 wired in separately?

Have you looked at the SCL and SDA lines on a scope? That may provide some hints as to what's happening in your case.

The problem is still no resolved. we are using custom PCB with EV2400 connected externally.

we see that BQStudio connects to BQ76952 momentarily and disconnects and we have Checked the SCL and SDA lines using a logic Analyzer.
