Can you please help with the following question?
The pin REGEN, ball G3. It is an output with a pullup, from table 13.
What is the value of the pullup resistor?
Pullup to which rail?

REGEN is internally pulled up to VBAT. Can I ask why you need the internal PU value? How would it help?
Hi Gandhar.
The design I am working on has the REGEN pin connected to a port pin of a MSP430.
The MSP is running from 1.8 volts.
Because VBAT is 4 volts, the ESD protection diode on the MSP pin is being turned on, conducting current from the REGEN pin to the 1.8 volt supply of the MSP. When the MSP is asleep, the current draw from the supply is very small. The current from the REGEN pin raises the supply voltage to approx. 2.4 volts. Plus, maximum supply on the MSP is specified as 3.6, below the VBAT of 4.
I need to know how much current is being conducted by the ESD diode. The MSP spec says 2 ma maximum.
