LMR54410: Schematic/Layout Design Review Request

Hello TI Support,

I would like to get a design review for usage of the LMR54410 for 24V to 5V regulation.

We are particularly concerned about Radiated Emissions. We had a previous much simpler version that failed CISPR11 with emissions in the 240MHz and 300MHz. But the layout for the previous version was not very good and we did not have high frequency input and output capacitors. So I have improved the layout (I think) based on the guidelines in the LMR54410 datasheet and added more decades of input and output capacitors, added the EMI filter from the LMR54410 EVB and added a common mode choke.

Is there an email address I can send the design files to for the review?

Snapshots of the schematic and layout of input path up to the LMR54410 (IC7) are in the following zip file. Note there are some 0ohm resistors which are not populated (DNP) to allow removal of some of the filtering if it ends up being unnecessary / counter-productive in the radiated emissions testing.
