UCC25640EVM-020: UCC256404 high switching frequency operation

Hi TI team

I am using UCC25640EVM-020 for testing the LLC. Currently the eval board is tuned for 100kHz resonant frequency.

I want to operate UCC25640EVM-020 at 250kHz resonant frequency, except the resonant capacitor what other IC pin should i need to re design so that it does not goes to fault mode or does not exceed the max IC pin voltages.

Please suggest

    Hi Rahamadullah,

    We released the UCC25660 which is optimized to work at higher resonant frequencies. The next gen of this will be live on ti.com any moment now. Regardless of which controller you choose, it is best to use the design calculators to optimize the resonant tank and other component values.
