Hi Mohit,

Could you send me some waveforms of how the device is behaving on the bench? Showing SW node, VOUT, VCC, and inductor current if possible.

I can see in the waveform there is no voltage at the SW node as well

Hi Mohit,

Have you checked to make sure the device is on the board correctly, that all the pins are soldered properly?

If so, can you place another unit on the same board, and check if you see any issues still?

I can't replace the before finding the root cause of failure so please give us any reference point so that we can find the reason of failure.

also i have checked the soldering as well this part was came from customers product line we have already tested the same before sending.

Hi Mohit,

Two things to check:

1. Can you check how much current the device is drawing on the input supply.

2. Without reflowing the IC, can you remove the VCC capacitor and replace it. Want to make sure the capacitor isn't causing any unexpected leakage.

Was this a time zero failure? Or was the device operating and then stopped regulating?
