Hello Team,

Will it cause any reliability issue if we apply power to pull-up resistor connected to PG output pin before applying the power to the LDO?

    Hi John,

    As long as the abs max rating of 7V isn't violated, it's no issue. Just note that the PG pin will be high impedance, so if you're relying on the PG signal for power sequencing, until the device is powered it will look like the output is in regulation by looking at the PG signal.
