Tool/software:

VCC_IN is 5V, and it outputs 0.9V with or without load at the end. It was tried to replace capacitors C286 and C287 with 10uF and C288 with 0.47uf. When the input voltage increased from 1.1 to 1.2V, the output was 0.9V. If the same circuit is replaced with a TPS7A1110 chip, it can output 1V. Could you please take a look at the reason? Thank you

The typical load current is approximately 250mA. At the same time, the load was also disconnected, but the output was still 0.9V

To rule out device damage, is this reproducible across multiple TPS7A1510 devices?

No load rules out an overcurrent issue, and the 1.1V Vin is enough to eliminate Vin dropout as a cause. If Vbias is 5V, that should be plenty of headroom to avoid dropout from the bias supply.

Can you measure voltages at the input and bias terminals as well?
