An output capacitor of 15 nF and 22uF was inserted based on the typical application in the parts specification.
Output power supply switching noise is about 1.3 Vp-p. (There is almost no load fluctuation).
The switching noise affects the output waveform, and the output Hi voltage of the photocoupler is dropped by the noise.
The maximum load current at that time is about 100 mA.
