Tool/software:

I am currently working on designing a DC-DC converter with following specifications:

1. Input voltage range : 36-60 Volt 

2. Nominal input voltage : 48 V

3. Output voltage: 48 V 

4. Maximum output current: 52 A 

5. Output power : 1800-1900 W.

Could you please suggest some suitable DC-DC converter module or solutions from your side that would meet these requirements? Ideally, we are looking for a compact , high efficiency solution with thermal management options and available evaluation tools or reference designs.

    Hi Sandeep,

    In order to support your query, I would like to get more information. 

    Is isolation a requirement for the converter?

    Are you looking for an analog controller or digital controller based solution?

    Since you tagged UCC28950 in the query, I can share a TI PSFB reference design with UCC28950 which pretty much matches the specifications you mentioned above. 

    PMP6712 is a TI reference design for PSFB with UCC28950 which matches with the specifications you have shared.
