TPS53830A: Theta Jt and Theta Jb and max power dissipated values?

Tool/software:

I need to get the Theta Jt, Theta Jb, and max power dissipated values for TPS53830A. I could not find the information in the TPS53830A datasheet, and I could not find a thermal/power datasheet for the VQFN-HR RWZ package. Can you please provide those values so I can evaluate the thermal performance of the device.
