HI，the testing method I used is the same as the one shown in your diagram. Currently, I've resolved this issue by increasing the inductance value. However, I've noticed that this phenomenon still occurs when driving a fan (an inductive load), and the fluctuation is even more significant. On the other hand, there is no such problem when driving a resistive load of the same size.

It could be due to fluctuating nature of the load, may load in back-feeding. Could please capture load current waveforms? Additionally, try placing an electrolytic capacitor across the load.

From current waveform its quite clear, when current suddenly dropping to zero there is a notch in the output. As inductor would still try to push current in output capacitor even though load current is zero.  If that bump is creating some issue, you can increase output capacitor. That should help.
