TPS61287: Request to Functional safety FIT value and Failure Mode Distribution, Gate scale that meet Siemens standard SN29500

We usually only provide FIT, FMD, and FMA report for automotive device, the TPS61287 is a commercial device instead of a automotive qualified device, unfortunately we don't the report for this one.

What kind of application and voltage / power rating do you need? Maybe we have other automotive product that can meet your requirement.

Thanks for the information. I am not sure what kind of Boost converter does AM2434 needs, could you please let me know the input voltage, output voltage and output power? So that we can promote.

Do you have the Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report for TPS65219?
If the functional safety report is not available for TPS65219 as well, could you recommend other alternative for TPS61287 which we can obtain the Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report?

We don't have perfect alternative for TPS61287, not sure what kind of Boost do you need.

Maybe you can refer to TPS61378Q1, which has Functional Safety report below.

We cannot use the TPS61378Q1 because we need the output rating to be higher than 24 V. Could you please recommend an alternative that is more similar to the TPS61287 and has a functional safety report?
