This device is not a functional safety device so those tests are not run.

James Steenbock I think there's a misunderstanding. I'm asking for information related to failure mode distribution (FMD) and analysis (FMA).

Hi Amit,

The devices included on this page follow the below chart for available data. TPS51200 is not included in the device list here: https://www.ti.com/technologies/functional-safety/products.html

If a device isn't functional safety capable, it won't have these reports as far as I know.
