TPSM82813: Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA

The TPSM82813SILR is not functional safety capable. All available quality, reliability and packaging information can be found under the "Quality, reliability & packaging information" link in the "Ordering & quality" section of the TPSM82813 product web page.

The TPS62813M is Functional Safety capable and it is the discrete version (without integrated inductor) of the TPSM82813SILR. The corresponding Functional safety information can be found in the "Technical Documentation" section of the TPS62813M product web page.

The TPS62813 is also available as Automotive and Enhanced Product version if needed.
