Yes. It is a motor drive Application. I have taken reference from the Ti application TIDUAY9, page no-25. circuit name- motor drive circuit. For this please provide the power dissipation test reports.

I was not involved in this reference design and I do not have power dissipation test reports. I will reassign this thread to the motor drives applications team to see if they have test reports. I have prefilled the BLDC FET selection spreadsheet and attached it for your reference. I also included some lower cost FET options. You can see the detailed power loss estimates for the FETs in the Calculations tabs. Please review and let me know if you have any questions.
