    The eFuse device maintains the FET SOA by default using various protection mechanisms like current limiting, Short circuit protection, Thermal shutdown, etc. When using the device, we still need to ensure that we operate within the recommended limits and do not violate the abs max limits as that can cause damage to the device. 

    More details on this is present in this FAQ and this Application note.

    Using the methodology shown in the Application note, we have plotted the AOA graph for the TPS25984B.
