Hi,
The Input and Output of the eFuse (TPS16630RGER) is short. Load side NO SHORT.
But discrete components (peripheral to IC) are NOT SHORT and even the eFuse IC is intact (No physical damage of the IC).
Even the pin impedance of all the pins when compared with working and non-working IC is checked, no difference observed.
TPS16630RGER: It is used as drain supply for GaNFET.
Device current = 6A
Output load = 2A
Input Voltage = 48V
What are the possible reasons for the failure of the eFuse IC?
