TPS610333-Q1: How to manage RC-Snubber to avoid unwanted influences

Part Number: TPS610333-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61033EVM

Tool/software:

Dear Sir or Madam,

we are using following 5V fixed boost converter "TPS610333QDRLRQ1". We specified in our design a maximum current consumption of 1 Ampere.
According to the additional evaluationboard TPS61033EVM exists the possibility to improve with a snubber. I have copied this option into our design:

I have follow peaks in our measurements between L400 and pin SW against GND in our design:

And I would like to terminate the peaks which reach in the positive part over 6V to get a more cleaner design regarding EMC and dielectric strength issues.

But I can set the snubber values however I want, and I can't influence these peaks. The measurement image always looks the same.
Also if have modified the snubber and moved it between VIN and SW Pin. No Change to recognize.

If I zoom into the peaks I can measure a frequency about 455MHz:

Now my question to the experts:
How can I influence the snubber? Or what other options do I have to reduce the high not desired peaks?

The Layout design is nearly 1:1 copied from the recommendation of the datasheet.

Thank you very much beforehand.

Best regards

Wolfgang Walter
