Hi,

Is there any data on how much battery degradation is reduced by using a gas gauge IC compared to not using one? I'd like to know even a rough estimate of how much it is reduced.

    Hello Yuta,

    There is not data for how much battery degradation by using a gas gauge IC compared to not using one but the main benefit is that we are accurately able to use the entire voltage curve of the cell while minimizing the battery degradation.
