TPS7A94: I am not getting the 0.5V output from the TPS7A94 device. I am getting 2.2V . I need 0.5V output.

Hi Sir,

Regarding the output from TPS7A94 device, we need 0.5V output, but i am getting 2.2V.

I have used below schematic diagram for the reference. 

I have changed the R6 value from 22k to 3.3K for the output of 0.5V.

Could you please provide the proper values to get the 0.5V output from TPS7A94 device.

    Your chosen 3.3k R6 value should provide 0.495V at the output.

    Do you have a schematic for your design aside from the EVM schematic above?

    If not, I have a few questions - what is Vin in your application? Is SNS connected to vout?

    Can you confirm voltages at the following points: Vin, Vout, NR/SS (across R6 in the schematic above), pin 8 (SNS) of the LDO.

    The below is the LDO board schematic diagram.
    I have used EVM schematic for my requirement only changed the R6 value
    Yes, SNS is connected via zero ohm resistor. Vin is 3V

    Vin : 2.759V

    Vout : 2.212V

    NR/SS : 2.211V

    at Pin 8 : 2.211V

    Please provide the correct values to get the 0.5V on output.

    I would suggest double-checking connectivity on R7 - with 2.211V on the NR/SS pin, the output voltage of 2.211V is correct. The high voltage at the NR/SS pin suggests that R7 isn't the correct value (3.3kΩ, as you calculated), or that it's damaged or not connected.
