    Hi Tom

    Check the TS pin -- need to be connected to 10k resistor or 10k NTC, cannot float.  Unit will set a cold fault.

    Other connections look good.

    Noted that with input voltage of 10V the power dissipation will be high even with 100mA output current.  The device will may enter thermal limit, not a problem but will reduce output current. Recommend good thermal layout, top-side copper and multiple thermal vias.
