My device is BQ78z100 and it is at its latest firmware.

You can read the image for this particular gauge with the "Firmware" option. This gauge uses the .srec format. You will get the Golden Image when you export the .srec file with the "Firmware" option.

I believe that when one selects the "Firmware" option, the Gauge can only be programmed and there is no option to Export the .srec file. Can you please elaborate and help me understand if I am missing something?
