LMG3100R017: negative voltage on turn off

Hi,

Customer is evaluating LMG3100R017 with external function generator to check effiency.

it's almost 99% so it's great.

Could you explain about below signal?

When it's turn off, there is no negative voltage in red box but you can see negative voltage before turn off.

Could you explain why 2 cases show different voltage?

    Hello,

    Could you confirm what the blue waveform is measuring? If it is the switch node, then the dip is the third quadrant conduction (similar to body diode conduction) of the low-side GaN FET.
