I have setup the BQ27X00-tester per app note SLUU227. Attempting to modify the configuration data per section 4.3.2 when I type in a new value in the engineering tab and press enter it does not keep the value I typed in, it will default to 0 or some other value that appears to be random. Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions?
