I am looking to improve my single-cell 1.2 V NiMH battery system by adding a better state of charge estimate than just a voltage reading which I use currently, such as a coulomb counter. I cannot find a device in your product range that jumps out at me as suiting my needs. The closest I could find was BQ26501, however this seems geared towards Li-ion rather than NiMH. Do you have any fuel gauge/gas gauge/coulomb counter ICs that would be applicable for my singl1 cell 1.2V NiMH application? I can provide 3V3 to the VCC of the chip from my downstream boost converter.
