I wish to continue solve the issue in TPS65219: TPS6521902 nINT is low. - Power management forum - Power management - TI E2E support forums. That thread has been locked. so submit this related question.

finally, I could read the register information. it show a BUCK3_RV_SD error. i think the datasheet maybe wrong. The description should be BUCK3, not LDO4. 
So may i know what happen to make this error. how could I test or adjust my circuit to confirm the root cause?

    Is Buck3 (and all other PMIC rails) high when you get this BUCK3_RV_SD bit set to 1? This error indicates that there is a leakage into Buck3 output from somewhere else on the board causing the PMIC to shutdown. This will cause the nINT to go low. You need to fix the leakage issue.

    You can try setting MASK_INT_FOR_RV to 1 in register 0x25 to prevent nINT to stay high during this error. Please note this bit will reset to '0' on power cycle.

    Yes, the buck3 work well. i am using it to supply to AM6422 processor. I measured 1.1V level. It is convert to 1V to support another processor core power. What do you mean the leakage into the Buck3? some higher voltage is short to 1.1V? How could I measure or test the leakage issue/

    yes the description is copied over, so it should be for Buck3 instead of LDO4.

    Since the rail is up, it could be due to one of the cases 1 or 2 in the description. Did this happened after PMIC went to STBY state? Can you observe Buck3 on scope during power on and see if there is a spike? or if the rail completely discharge when it is disabled?
