Can we share some materials on how does TI do tri-temp test on automotive grade LDO products? Which process has the test and what is the test condition.

    Hey Frank- 

    Typically, a minimum of 30 units across 3 lots are characterized over temperature for all datasheet min/max spec, final test limits are guard-banded (tighter than datasheet over temp spec) based on over temperature characterization data to guarantee tested devices are meeting all the datasheet spec over temperature. Production tests are typically done at room temperature only. 

    Hopefully this answers your question, some OPNs in TPS7B86-Q1 device family do have over temp testing at probe.  if you can let me know which OPN you are interested in, I can check that for you.
