What is the minimum CNR/SS that the soft start time equation is still valid?
My application needs start time less than 10us. Thanks.

    Hey,

    The minimum CNR/SS the equation is still valid for is approximately 1µF. In order to achieve a start time less than 10µF use SS_CTRL = VIN and keep CNR/SS less ≤ ∼800pF(or none at all) while accepting or damping the small overshoot noted in the datasheet.
