Hello,
There appear to be very few, if any, differences between these 2 parts (UCD7232 and UCD7231). Could someone tell me what the difference is?
Thanks,
Brian

The UCD7232 was an improvement of the UCD7231 allowing it to smoothly drive very low gate charge mosfets like the NexFets offered by TI .
It would be the preferred choice moving forward, but the UCD7231 will continue being offered for customers who have already designed it in.
Brad,
My customer also ask this question. what's the exactly difference between this two part? if UCD7232 can drive very low gate charge mosfet smoothly, what parameter determine this feature, i can not find the clue in the datasheet.
