What is the minimum off time of TPS65263?

I don't see this in the datasheet.

Customer wants to know the minimum input voltage when Vout = 4.98V.

As you're aware, this device supports 100% duty: Vin (min) = 4.98V as long as the bootstrap capacitor voltage is higher than the BOOT-LX UVLO threshold which is typically 2.1 V

How can it supports 100% duty cycle? The bootstrap cap need some time to charge.
