Tool/software:
1. Is it mandatory to add a resistance of very high value typically 10 mega ohms in parallel with the COMP pin capacitor, which I have seen in LED-39?
2. TPS923650 datasheet says that there is a delay in application of the Dim pin signal after Vcc has reached Vcc_uvlo. Can we give the Dim pin signal prior to Vin & hence Vcc_uvlo?
