I am use 20000mah battery but bq27220 ic on terminal showing design capacity 3000mah. So how can I use 20000mah battery with bq27220 ic

Hellow Suraj,

The battery gauge needs to be properly setup, and to update design capacity you would go into bqstudio and update it within the "Data memory" tab. I've attached some links for setting up the battery gauge.
