Hi, what is the different between the these 3 body marking. From the failure board we observed, found out that all the board are with line.

The lines above and below the device code are related to the date code for the device.

What is the failure mode you are seeing? Can you share a schematic?

Hi Poh,

Do you have the packaging the 3 different parts were shipped in? Or lot codes from the reels?

Any other details you can provide about the schematic, operating conditions, and failure mode would help me better advise what may be causing this issue.
