Requesting for support to check about the differences, and possible to have a link/reference/PCN to support or explain it.

Thanks for contacting us.

Firstly, let me confirm that both markings are correct and refer to LMZ10500SILR.

The difference between the two markings comes from a different (qualified) substrate and is documented in PCN 20180727000.1 (Aug 7 2018) (.pdf below)

- 0500 9821 DH: Die Prep Site=TIEM, Substrate=SIL0008A

- 0500 421A DH: Die Prep Site=TI Clark, Substrate=SIL0008G

Both SIL0008A and SIL0008G drawings are included in the latest datasheet. However, for some reason the markings are not updated. We're working on correcting this.
