TPSM863252: Vout is very noisy

Hi Kenji, 

As I can see the waveforms, it looks like switching spikes due to probe pickup. You need to follow proper probing techniques.

I use Power rail probe(TRP1000) and I measure at Output capaciter teminal.connecting as shown in the photo below.


Are my noise suppression measures insufficient?

Kenji, the long cables are my worry - until the probe. Can you probe directly on the board, I mean probe tip on the board? 

I installed a U.FL connector and connected a probe to it to check, but there was no change.

Kenji, can you please desolder the cables. If still it's the same, try enabling bandwidth limit for the Vo ripple channel. 

I removed cable. But no change.
I set bandwidth limit. And try again.

Pk-Pk is about 50mV @ 20Mhz bandwidth limit.
I found mistake of circuit Layout.
The pattarn is placed side by side other power line.
So I think that this noise is efected from othoer power lines.
