BQ51013C: RX Coil Ls' parameter

Hello, to select the values of C1 and C2 for the BQ51013C, it is necessary to know the parameters Ls and Ls' of the coil.

Coil datasheets typically provide only the Ls value, so I was considering selecting a coil from those recommended in the datasheet of the BQ51103C wireless power receiver, specifically the WR222230-26M8-G.

Unlike the older datasheets for the BQ51013 and BQ51013B, the BQ51013C datasheet does not indicate the Ls' value for the recommended coils.

Could you please provide the Ls' value for this coil? Alternatively, could you directly provide the appropriate values for C1 and C2?

    Hello

    The Ls value is free space with nothing around the coil.  The Ls' value is measured with RX coil in case with battery and on a TX coil simulator.  This value will vary depending on the application, battery, case, PCB and other things around the coil.  Best way to determine Ls' is to measure in the application.

    Ls' value will typically be an increase of 15% to 20% of the Ls value.  For the WR222230-26M8-G with Ls=27uH the Ls' would be around 32uH.
