Tool/software:
Hi TI Team,
I am using 103JT NTC to calculate the temperature. Currently, my NTC has a resistance of around 10K in my ambient temperature. As per the NTC datasheet, the temperature has to be around 25 °C, but the Readings in BQ Studio are showing 31 °C. The Resistance vs Temperature look-up table is attached below.
I have given this ZIP File to the TI GPC Tool to get the coefficients of the polynomial. Then the tool has generated the following values.
I am using DFETOFF, TS1, and TS3 as Temperature Sense pins. The Multi-Function Pin configuration in the picture attached below.
The 18K Temperature Model Co-Efficients screenshot is attached below.
Temperature Readings are attached below.
So, with the Co-Efficients given by the GPC Tool, I am getting a delta of around 6 °C, which is not acceptable in our application.
Kindly check this and do the needful.
It would be appreciated if you could share any document that explains how the temperature is calculated internally by using the Co-Efficients by the AFE.
Best Regards,
SAI VARUN
