Hi Gaurav,

Is the mentioned load of 40A expected from each phase? Or will each phase support 40/3A?

Power dissipation through the FET maybe very high. I^2xR = 5.4W.

Hi Shiven

Its the peak current needed out of the rectified DC voltage. So should be manageable.

Is SOA ok during mosfet startup and shutdown times?
