My customer want to set CURLIM to limit the duty of PWM or control the max duty even if error amp's output goes high. So, the customer want to know the more details for CURLIM.

Hi,

CurLIM is for latch or non latch not for duty cycle control.

It looks you need to use SHUTDOWN to control the peak current corresponding to a 1V threshold which can be used to limit the duty cycle.

It sounds to me you need program CurLIM non latch and set up SHUTDWON to corresponding to 1V for duty cycle limit.
